Coaching

Coaching that transforms your creative process.

“Andrew acted as the bridge between me and my right hemisphere — the creative part of me that didn’t get to live a full life until now.”

— Daniel O, Sweden

There’s an approaching deadline, a new kind of project, or an opportunity that feels daunting. It’s tempting to try to think your way through, but you know that if you do, you’ll risk draining the life out of your work. Because it isn’t a logistical problem. It’s that you got so tense your creativity stopped flowing.

Coaching uncorks your imaginative process so you can make your best work. My role is to help you form a working partnership with your deep creative intelligence. Our focus is on expanding beyond limits rather than imposing more.

We meet three times in a month for coaching sessions on Zoom. The rest of the time there’s voice message and texting on Telegram or Signal. This messaging is a vital part of the process, extending and deepening the work done in coaching sessions, and finding new ways to apply it to your daily processes.

We have only three sessions each month in order to make space for rest, which is essential to inspired thinking. Being “always on” is a recipe for creative burnout, and I don’t support it. I also don’t provide structures, habits, accountability check-ins, or therapy.

Each process is different. I’ve coached clients for different periods, from a few weeks to six years. I work with most clients for at least six months.

I’m clinically incapable of phoning it in, so I work with people who bring the same level of commitment to their own development. I bring over 14,000 hours as a coach to everyone from business leaders to opera singers, and a passion for creating new choices that make a big difference. You are expected to give the same effort to your own development.

Payment is due up front. There are no refunds. You have to be daring to get results. Growth requires clarity, commitment, and a bit of mettle.

You can find out more by sending me a message or scheduling a time to talk.
